How to get paid
Post about a coin on X and get at least 1% of its fee pool, paid in SOL. Four steps.

Hold the coin
Buy at least the coin's minimum on pump.fun (10,000 tokens on most coins), in the wallet you will use here.

Connect that wallet
Top right. The wallet that holds the coin is the one that gets paid.

Post with the Share button
It is on every coin's page and writes the post: $TICKER, @usePromX, #ad and, the first time, your ref code. Make the first line your own.

Paste the link
PROM checks the post and reserves at least 1% of the coin's pool for you. It sends it in SOL 30 minutes later, if the post is still up.

Your ref code, step by step
Your first paid post carries a short code that proves the X account is yours. It takes a minute, once.

Connect your wallet
Press Connect wallet (top right), pick Phantom, Solflare or Backpack, and sign one message. Signing costs nothing and moves nothing.

Your code is ready
Connecting makes your code. It is on My rewards, and every coin page shows it too.

Post with Share on X
Open a coin and press Share on X. X opens with the post written and your code at the end. Add a line of your own, then post.

Paste the link and claim
On X, open the post's share menu and copy its link. Paste it on the coin page and press Claim.

Linked for good
Your X account is now linked to this wallet. Your next posts do not need the code, and every payout goes to this wallet.

Why a code?
Anyone can paste a link to any public post. Only a post with your wallet's code can link that X account, so nobody else can claim your posts. One X account links to one wallet. It is not a referral link.
Who qualifies
Your X account
- at least 30 days old
- at least 20 followers
- linked to one wallet: your first paid post links it, with your ref code
Your post
- your own post: not a repost, not a reply under someone else's post
- tags @usePromX and names the $TICKER
- has #ad when the coin asks for it (most do)
- has a sentence of your own, not only tags and links
- less than 24 hours old when you paste it
- still up 30 minutes after you claim
Your wallet
- holds the coin's minimum (shown on its page)
- has a little SOL, so the network accepts small payouts
Limits, per X account
- 1 paid post per coin every hour
- 3 paid posts per coin a day
- 10 paid posts a day in all
- each post is paid once
- the same text is not paid twice
- deleting a paid post pauses rewards for 7 days
Some coins set a longer wait between paid posts or a different minimum. Their page shows it.
Why was my post not paid?
When a claim is refused, the message says why. The usual ones:
It does not tag @usePromX or name the $TICKER
Post with the Share button on the coin's page: it adds both, and #ad.
It asks for a ref code
Your first paid post has to carry your wallet's code, like ref:YOURCODE. That post proves the X account is yours. Connect the wallet, post again with the Share button (it adds the code) and paste the new link.
It says the account is linked to another wallet
An X account is linked to one wallet, by its first paid post. Connect that wallet to claim, and payouts keep going to it.
It says the wallet does not hold enough
The connected wallet needs the coin's minimum, shown on the coin's page. Buy on pump.fun, then paste the same link again.
It says the account is too new or too small
X accounts need to be 30+ days old with 20+ followers. That keeps bot accounts out.
It was a reply
Replies under other people's posts are not paid. Post on your own timeline. A reply to @usePromX or in your own thread is fine.
It says to wait
Each coin pays one post per account per hour and 3 a day; 10 a day across all coins. The message says when the next one counts.
It says X could not be reached
Nothing was used up. Try again in a minute.
The payout has not arrived
Payouts go out 30 minutes after the claim. You can follow yours on My rewards. A post deleted during those 30 minutes is not paid.
